The Cottages at Spruce Woods is a 55+ senior community in a serenely wooded area adjacent to the Oyster River Forest in the university town of Durham, NH. The community is comprised of twenty-five units in eight duplex buildings and nine single-family detached homes on Spruce Wood Lane, Britton Lane, and Worthen Road. All unit owners are members of The Cottages at Spruce Woods Condominium Association formed for the purpose of administering and enforcing the Declaration, the Bylaws, and the Rules, and maintaining and governing the use of the Common Area. The Association has three elected board members (president, treasurer, and secretary) with a three-year term of office, and a number of support committees.
